Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you’re unable to attend your escape room booking, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to assist.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session:

  • – You may reschedule to another available session free of charge, OR
  • – Cancel and receive a full refund.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your session:

  • – You may reschedule to another session with an additional fee of 50% of the total bill, OR
  • – Cancel and receive a 50% refund.

Please note: Booking made through our Website, WhatsApp, or Walk-in. customer:

  • – Bookings are confirmed based on the number of participants reserved. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for absent participants (e.g., if 8 are booked but only 7 attend).
  • – Once a game has started, no refunds will be given if players stop halfway. However, we are happy to let you switch to another available game instead.
  • – Refunds are available only through local Malaysian bank accounts.
  • We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for no-shows or late arrivals.
