An escape room is a game in which participants voluntarily enter a themed room and are given a set amount of time to find a way to “escape” by discovering hidden clues and solving a series of riddles and puzzles.

We ask that all groups arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their booking time.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, we will assist to either (1) reschedule to a new session at no extra cost, or (2) cancel the session and provide a full refund. For last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests less than 24 hours away, no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations within 10 minutes of the scheduled time.

Anyone can join! However, we ask that children aged 12 and under must have an adult accompany them.

Some of our games require physical activity, such as climbing or crawling. If you're unsure or have any concerns, please contact us and we will suggest games that suit your needs.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in.

While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, sessions often get booked out in advance. We strongly recommend booking your session online to secure your spot.

Most games are designed for 2–8 players. Some games may have different requirements—click on the game posters under the “Book Now” or "Game Rooms" page to view the recommended player range.

Yes! Additional players can pay on the day, provided the total does not exceed the maximum player capacity.

We strongly advise following the recommended player range for the best experience. If you don’t mind a potentially affected experience and insist on adding more players, we can allow one extra person. Payment for the additional player can be made at our counter on the day itself.

Unfortunately, we do not allow any footage of the rooms to keep the experience a surprise for future escapees.

All live actor performances and voiceovers are in English. All in-game clues and text are available in both English and Chinese.
